Accessibility policy

Access must not depend on a private smartphone, stable email, or one communication method.

P.R.I.M.E. will provide reasonable modifications and effective communication appropriate to the service, setting, safety requirements, and applicable law.

01

Requesting support

A person may request a language, literacy, disability, communication, mobility, sensory, cognitive, paper, telephone, or staff-assisted alternative without using special legal words.

02

Interactive response

Staff document the requested support, consult with the person, provide an effective option when reasonable, explain any limitation, and escalate unresolved barriers rather than silently denying access.

03

Digital accessibility

The website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Testing includes keyboard use, screen readers, zoom and reflow, focus visibility, error recovery, mobile devices, and people representative of the intended population.

04

No retaliation

Requesting an accommodation, reporting a barrier, or declining an ineffective method may not reduce respectful treatment, grievance access, or eligibility except where a documented lawful or safety requirement controls.
