Religious voluntariness policy
Faith may be offered with integrity; practical help is never conditioned on devotion.
P.R.I.M.E. is Kingdom-centered. Prayer, worship, testimony, doctrinal agreement, spiritual counseling, and other explicitly religious activities are voluntary and separately identified.

Staff distinguish spiritual formation goals and devotional activities from eligibility, required case-management actions, legal or supervision obligations, and evidence of practical outcomes.
No coercion or inference
P.R.I.M.E. does not require conversion, prayer, testimony, attendance, or religious language and does not treat them as proof of rehabilitation, sincerity, safety, remorse, or readiness.
Partner responsibility
Churches and faith partners receive boundary training and must honor participant choice, confidentiality, nondiscrimination, safeguarding, financial integrity, and the authority of qualified professional and public systems.
