Know what PRIME may provide—and what participation requires.

PRIME offers non-clinical restoration coordination. Staff and participants work together to understand needs, build a current plan, verify next steps, and adjust when reality changes.

Services may include

Non-clinical intake, restoration planning, education, mentoring, accountability, advocacy, resource navigation, reentry coordination, life skills, transition planning, and consent-based follow-up.

Services do not include

Clinical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, medical care, substance-use treatment, forensic evaluation, legal representation, emergency response, release decisions, supervision determinations, or guaranteed outcomes.

Participation and eligibility

Participation is voluntary. A separate court, supervision, attorney, agency, facility, or employment requirement may still apply. Inquiry does not guarantee enrollment, access, housing, employment, treatment, or any legal result.

Rights and responsibilities

Participants have the right to respectful treatment, privacy within stated limits, nondiscrimination, religious voluntariness, accessibility support, clear records, grievances, and nonretaliation. Responsibilities include accurate information, safe conduct, agreed communication, and participation in plan review.

  • Ask for an accommodation or language support
  • Receive clear information before authorizing disclosure
  • Request a copy or correction of approved records
  • Withdraw from PRIME without retaliation
  • Submit a grievance outside the normal case relationship
